When preparing lectures, please count with the following schedule:

Contributed lectures: 15 min lecture + 5 min discussion

Invited lectures: 40 min lecture + 5 min discussion

Please, prepare your presentations in pdf or Power Point format. Using your own computer during the presentation is generally discouraged but it will be enabled if compatibility issues arise.

Posters should be prepared in A0 format (portrait, 841mm x 1189mm width x height). The full size of poster boards is 960 x 1300 mm. Posters can be displayed during the whole conference at the authors convenience, starting from Monday 28.8. They should be removed no later than Friday 1.9. Presenting authors are requested to be available at their posters during the poster session.

Poster printing service can be provided by the organizers for the price of 40 EUR per poster. To use the printing service, the authors should send their posters in PDF to org@isp2023.com no later than 20^th August 2023. The poster will be printed only after payment of the invoice sent to the author. The authors may pick up their printed posters at the conference registration desk.
